Our service begins with a complimentary free site visit, followed by the stages of drawing and plan design, and submission of the plans to the city or county planning and building department. If any corrections are required by the planning or building department, we work closely with the designer and our general contractor to ensure that everything is complete and ready for resubmission. Weeks before the start of the project, our front office will contact you to review all agreements and preparations. On the first day of demolition, our team will arrive and take extra time and care to prepare and take precautions to minimize dust and construction-related mess (within realistic means) for every job, as we know this is important to our customers and their families. After we complete the demolition, we will work on all the rough work of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, framing, and other items according to the approved drawings. We will meet all inspection check-ins in a timely manner so that we can continue working on the next stage of the project. We are there from start to finish, meeting the needs for all recycling needs through each city or county’s requirements to the State of California, as well as having all the proper testing and certificates done if we add new HVAC or windows and making sure that they are energy-approved per the State of California standards to submit that to the inspectors for each job. Throughout the project, we are always here every step of the way.
